      Everyone has heard of the benefits of meditation – reduce stress, improve health, feel more relaxed and calmer, able to focus better etc. But many people feel that it is difficult to meditate – the mind is too busy thinking. In this 4-week program, learn what is meditation and how to meditate properly from our highly experienced facilitators. Start a regular meditation practice and see how your health and life improves.
